  • As long as it is a HDB flat, regardless of its size and market price, the “HDB Flat Seller” fixed fee applies.

    The same goes for private condo. As long as it is a private non-landed residential unit, regardless of its size and market price, the “Private Condo Seller” fixed fee applies.
